Paul M. Kuveke,
CLU, ChFC, RHU, AIF®
President
Paul M. Kuveke is president of Kuveke Benefits,
LLC, a firm he established in 1992 to provide comprehensive employee
benefits consulting services and talent management support to select
companies in the professional services industry.
Recognized for his strategic approach, Mr. Kuveke
works with clients to develop and implement innovative benefit programs
that support business objectives. With more than 20 years of experience
covering executive compensation, corporate and individual insurance,
estate planning and retirement plan design, and a deep understanding
of corporate tax and finance, Mr. Kuveke addresses the needs of
corporations and their employees across all levels of an organization.
Mr. Kuveke began his career in commercial lending
at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Later, he joined Alexander
and Alexander Services, Inc. as a consultant in the Executive Planning
Services Group, where he specialized in designing employee benefits
for a range of companies, from privately-held to Fortune 500.
Mr. Kuveke is a member of the National Association
of Health Underwriters and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
He holds the following industry designations: Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU); Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC); Registered Health
Underwriter (RHU); and Accredited Investment Fiduciary(AIF®).
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University. |

Christine Tracey,
JD
Chief Operating Officer
Christine Tracey, is COO of Kuveke Benefits, LLC,
responsible for its clients’ human resources and compliance
matters. Ms. Tracey works with HR teams to evaluate their needs,
identify solutions and provide on-going compliance support.
Ms. Tracey brings years of experience in law and
finance to her role. She began her career more than 20 years ago
as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where she
specialized in securities litigation. Later, she joined the in-house
legal department of Shearson American Express (Smith Barney) as
a corporate officer. There, she represented the firm in employment
and securities cases. Prior to joining Kuveke Benefits, Ms. Tracey
headed her own legal consulting practice, specializing in employment
disputes and workplace investigations.
Ms. Tracey earned her J.D. degree from New York
University School of Law and a B.A. in economics from the University
of Chicago. She has been a member of the bar of New York since 1987
and was admitted to the bar of Connecticut in 2005. She is also
a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
